Phrozen Sonic CS+ – a professional LCD 3D printer built for dental laboratories and clinics. With 22 μm XY resolution, up to 100 mm/h print speed, and dual workplate options, it delivers exceptional precision and production efficiency.
The Phrozen Sonic CS+ brings next-generation precision and reliability to digital dentistry. Engineered with a 385 nm light source, it ensures outstanding accuracy for dental applications such as crowns, bridges, surgical guides, gingiva masks, and full-arch models.
Featuring 22 μm XY resolution and 10 μm Z resolution, the Sonic CS+ produces detailed, dimensionally accurate parts suitable for demanding clinical workflows. With an intuitive 7″ touchscreen, the printer combines professional performance with easy operation for both newcomers and experienced users.
Two interchangeable build plates provide flexibility:
- Standard Plate (16.5 × 7.1 × 17.5 cm) – perfect for larger projects and multiple models.
- Mini Plate (7 × 7 × 17.5 cm) – ideal for smaller prints with reduced resin usage and quicker post-processing.
With print speeds up to 100 mm/hour, dental restorations can be produced within the same day, streamlining chairside or lab operations.
The built-in air purifier, Slide & Lock resin vat, heated chamber, and dual linear Z-axis ensure reliable, consistent results.
The DS Slicer software with AI automation simplifies preparation by generating supports and optimizing settings for validated materials, reducing time and waste.
