The Phrozen Sonic LS+ represents the next evolution of professional dental 3D printing. Unveiled at the International Dental Show (IDS) 2025, it was developed as part of Phrozen’s comprehensive digital dentistry ecosystem. With the capacity to print up to 20 full-arch models or 35 occlusal splints simultaneously, it dramatically increases productivity for modern dental labs.
Powered by MSLA technology, the Sonic LS+ offers industrial-grade precision with an XY resolution of 22 μm and smooth, uniform light distribution for detailed and dimensionally accurate results. With print speeds of up to 100 mm/h, it can produce 8 full models in less than 40 minutes – perfect for same-day workflows.
The built-in heating system maintains optimal resin temperature for consistent, high-quality prints. Validated resin profiles simplify setup by eliminating manual parameter adjustment, allowing operators to focus on production rather than calibration.
User convenience is ensured through a 7″ intuitive touchscreen and multiple connectivity options (USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi) for seamless remote operation and file management.
